I'm really happy that we're getting new and returning members!

I have a request for when folks need author, story, or other tags added; please use the tag '! needs tag' AND add a note in a comment or in the summary area with what specific tags you need. This is just to help me / the mods make sure that the correct tags get added.

I've told some people individually. This is just so there's a record and so everybody can see it. I've added the specifics in Rule 3, but this isn't something you'll get in trouble for if you forget.

Our more astute members will notice that the latest round of completion banner requests have been posted. Congratulations, everyone! If anything is missing or seems otherwise in error, please let us know as soon as possible. Just leave a comment in this post. Or, idk, anywhere that you think we will see it. Go wild. Comment anarachy. Don't let the man keep you down.

As you may have noticed, we mods have gone on a banner-posting spree tonight (sorry about the spam). At this point, every banner save the most recent one (which was requested after we started) has been posted. They are all located under the 'mod post: completion banner' or under individual author tags. Please check your tag and look over your banners for us. It is vitally important that you let us know if there have been any mistakes-- if there is a repeat, a typo, or if there is a missing banner.

So sorry about the recent wait. We are endlessly grateful for your patience. From now on, the banners will be sure to be posted in a timely manner.

Remember, check your banners and if anything is amiss, please leave us a comment. You can always request banners here.

This is just to note that, due to triggers in PostSecret secrets (some can get graphic), we've decided to change over to MSNBC's Week in Pictures for the Chalk prompt. It works the same--use one picture from the week's pictures as a prompt--but it now warns you if a picture may be upsetting, and so we feel it has less trigger potential than did PostSecret.

Now back to your regularly scheduled fiction.
