Warnings: aside from warning for awkward rhyme schemes, I think we're okay
Notes: Oh it's NaPoWriMo, I said. I should write a bunch of poems for that April Showers challenge for Rainbow Fic, I said. Why am I trying to find rhymes for meteorite at four in the morning, I said.
This grew into an exercise in conveying different speakers through poetry. About half are free verse. Of the rest, roughly speaking, Koushou's is a tanaga, Akane's is a haiku, Keiji's is a shadorma, Wenlong's is a sijo, Chenek's is a ghazal, Vien's is loosely based on a lục bát and Jian's is trying for a classical aesthetic but not a specific form or meter. All errors in syllable counting are my own.
( down the valley grows the greenest grass/but you'd never know it at dawn/the fog swims upriver like salmon )
