Bistre #23, Fish Blue #2, Alice Blue #13
Name: shadowsong26
Story: Awakening
'Verse: Lux
Colors: Bistre #23. If I'm to be damned for what I've done, I'll be damned in full and not by halves., Fish Blue #2. Frill Shark, Alice Blue #13. be what you would seem to be
Supplies and Materials: graffiti (Lillith Fair II (this one)), novelty beads ("Gunpowder, giuillotine/Dynamite with a laser beam/Guaranteed to blow your mind/Anytime." - Killer Queen, Queen), glitter, glue ("The pace of your life continues to be fever-pitched...Rolling with the punches isn't as easy as it sounds...Connect with the people in your life who matter most. Communication is vital, even if you think you have nothing special to say.")
Word Count: 155
Rating: PG
Characters: Shane, Dimana, Imi, Rubika
Warnings: Oblique references to incoming violence, nothing happens here, though.
Notes: Constructive criticism welcome, as always. No idea where this comes in the timeline, exactly, other than Imi is still under twelve, so between 2989 and 2995 CE, ish? I'm still kind of fuzzy on a lot of the timelining in this 'verse.
It didn't fall into place until the four of them were all in the same room.
Shane straightened up, eyes darkening with suspicion. "What the hell does this mean?"
Dimana laughed, red-rimmed eyes full of excitement. "We're the generals."
Imi dropped her eyes, the green haze in her vision unwelcome, but not entirely unexpected. "I don't want to be a general..."
Rubika turned her eyes, gone pale, to her hands. "The question is...whose generals are we?"
The Four Horsemen, awakened at last, stood in an empty room on the edge of space.
"You mean we get to choose?" Imi asked, daring to hope.
"Well," Dimana said, "it'll be fun to find out, won't it?"
Shane tilted her head, considering, then smiled slowly. "Yes. I suppose it will."
The three of them turn and looked at Rubika, waiting for her answer.
After a long moment, she nodded. "Then I guess we have work to do."

Shane is Famine, Dimana is War, Imi is Pestilence, and Rubika is Death. And they are totally made of pain because they're not gonna play for either Michaela or Lux. :D
