Nelly laughs when she runs around. Chasing her little brother. Timmy is laughing just as hard. Their parents are watching them, both smiling.

When she reaches the swing, nearly able to grab her brother's arm, she suddenly stops. Looking around in surprise when all the people and the noise have disappeared. Scared wide open eyes. The trees have all gone too and the playground is a mess.

"Told you you wouldn't be able to catch me."

The victorious shout of her brother brings her back. But the cold feeling that entered her body refuses to leave.

She has a... how to explain...? A feeling (not quiet a vision, but it's something close to that) about how the playground is going to be many years later... And about how she is going to feel in so many years - scared and alone.
