Summertime Blues 16, Stars and Stripes 4: Belladonna
Author: Kat
Title: Belladonna
Story: Shine Like It Does
Colors: Summertime blues 16 (Melting ice cream), stars and stripes 4 (“If God hadn't wanted us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them so darn tasty!”)
Supplies and Materials: Fingerpainting (first person *fistshake*), miniature, oils (help me help you), glitter (What’s the most important thing to you?), pastels (criminal intent), novelty beads (this gif, involves fire).
Word Count: 100
Rating: PG-13
Summary: I don't regret it.
Warnings: a deliberate though nonfatal poisoning.
Notes: On the Lint Roller, kaybrooke asked Miranda "What is the worst thing you have ever done in defense of your family?" Fair warning: she's kind of scary.
I knew who she was as soon as I saw her.
Josephine Naftali, that's how Charlotte introduced her. But I knew her as Sophie Cyders, investigative journalist. Young, bright, and eager for a story. Vicious in chasing it. I suppose it was possible that she really liked Charlotte, but I saw the way she looked at my sister. I saw the sneer.
One belladonna berry in her ice cream sundae. That's all it took.
She didn't die, of course, but she spent three weeks in the hospital. She got the message.
I don't regret it. No one hurts my family.

I just.
I adore how matter-of-fact she is about it! I REALLY DO.

Next RP. Or, better yet, a crossover fic.

I am indeed. It'd be good for both of us right now, I think.
