Bubblegum Pink #9, Crane White #17, Fire Opal #14
Name: shadowsong26
Story: Someday
'Verse: Feredar
Colors: Bubblegum Pink #9. Blankie, Crane White #17. We'll fill our mouths with cinnamon (Dallu dreams of the future.), Fire Opal #14. Want it so bad, I can taste it
Supplies and Materials: miniature, bichromatic, paint-by-numbers (from Kat), canvas (Dallu is six or so here), acrylic, watercolors, feathers, pastels (my current gen + romance card I1 "a sure thing"), chalk, yarn, glitter, glue ("You're in the zone, enabling you to quickly focus your mind and shift your perspective now that the Moon is back in your sign. Practice taking control of your thoughts by reframing them into more favorable scenarios. If you really believe in the power of positive thinking, it makes sense to brighten the images that affect your attitude. Let your true colors shine through.")
Word Count: 100
Rating: G
Characters: Dallu
Warnings: Nope
Notes: Constructive criticism welcome, as always. So I needed to feel less skeevy after that last bit.
Dallu sneaked out of the house and climbed up onto the roof, sitting on his favorite blanket on the snow. It was deep, deep into the dark part of the year now, so no one would bother him, and he could watch and watch the horizon, pretending he could see the Green World on the other side of the ocean.
"Someday," he whispered to the stars, promising them. The stars twinkled above him, in their own blanket of red aurora, and he sent his own whispered sparks up to them. "Someday, I'll be there. And it'll be amazing."
