Rafael rolls his eyes when he hears his little brother wail.

"Oh, don't be such a baby. It's only a tooth. I lost mine. All of mine. Everybody loses their first teeth. That's normal. Don't make such a fuzz about it."

The angry tone in his brother's voice makes Alex look up. Wide open eyes. It's the first time Rafael loses his patience with his baby brother. It definitely won't be the last time.
