Frey is laughing – it’s a sight that warms Caithlynn’s heart. After what happened yesterday… She never knew his mother had passed away.
She knows they have only Kayerith to thank for this. For this change. For Frey being happy again. She felt so sad seeing Frey so down.
The little kid enjoys playing with his Dragon. And it was Kayerith’s idea to gather in the middle of the forest. There where no one would bother them. Where the Dragons could join them. Frey needed the comfort his Dragon would offer. Despite her hugs, he needed someone he was truly connected with.
She holds up her hands when the water comes her direction. Frey is getting a good control over his Element. Laughing she allows him to sprinkle her wet. The look she shoots him is filled with mirth and mischief. For a second she can read the question in the kid’s eyes. Until he follows her gaze, seeing Alan leaning against a tree, his eyes closed.
Winking he sneaks up to the Fire Wielder. Running away again as soon as the water soaks him.
“Frey!”
Laughing he hides next to Caithlynn. The dimples in his cheek make him extra adorable.
