Supplies and Styles: Canvas, Eraser (Work "Friends" AU), Stain (He felt that his whole life was some kind of dream and he sometimes wondered whose it was and whether they were enjoying it. Douglas Adams (1952 - 2001), "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy"), feathers, yarn, glue, novelty beads (Halloween grab bag treat fromsarcasticsra : "The policy of being too cautious is the greatest risk of all.")

Summary: Something happens to shake Bernard's resolve.

Notes: All these supplies fit well for this one today. I decided to keep going with this AU since it's one of my favorites. In the AU I made Alene a bit more aggressive in her feelings. This time she's going after Bernard while Bernard is trying to keep things casual. I'm trying to do a little drama here and I hope it's working. Well enjoy!

Bernard leaned back in his seat and touched his lips in surprise. Alene kissed him. He dropped her off like usual at her car, but when he unlocked the door she turned over and kissed him. He should have pushed her away. He should have told her all the reasons why they couldn’t be together, but he didn’t. Bernard pulled her close and deepened the kiss instead.
He sighed and placed his hands over his eyes. I can’t believe I did that. It felt so good though, so right. I was doing so good too. I stopped flirting and kept things friendly. Now I want to kiss her again and take her back to my room. Man, I have to start thinking things through.
Bernard reached in his pocket and pulled out his phone. He hit a familiar number and placed it against his ear. “Albert, yeah it’s me. Are you busy? Cool, I’ll meet you at Pandora’s Box in twenty minutes. Yeah, you’re going to chew me out for this one. Okay, see you soon.” He hung up and put the phone in his lap.
Bernard sighed and rested his head on the steering wheel.
It’s funny how things can change with one kiss.
