Last iceberg! :D
LAST ICEBERG. I made it! :D
Name: Peter
Story: JT's Mixed Bag
Colors: Iceberg #1 (snow), Cloud White #20 (waiting for rain), French Grey #16 (I cannot agree with those who rank modesty among the virtues. To the logician all things should be seen exactly as they are, and to underestimate one's self is as much a departure from truth as to exaggerate one's own powers.)
Supplies and Styles: Miniature, Glitter, Novelty Beads (They flutter behind you, your possible pasts/Some brighteyed and crazy, some frightened and lost/A warning to anyone still in command/Of their possible future to take care. - "Your Possible Pasts", Pink Floyd), Oils (are you paying attention to the signals?), Stain ("Life is divided into the horrible and the miserable.")
Word Count: 33
Rating: PG
Warnings: sad
You gonna be okay?
No. No, I'm not.
Were you ever okay?
Maybe. Once. I don't know.
...would you know "okay" if it came up and hit you in the face?
Probably not.

(Surely Rudyard Kipling or RL Stevenson or somebody already wrote a story about a writer's personal demons being trapped in the ink of his stories... it seems so obvious for the tone of that era's horror fiction. Didn't they?)
