Colors: Fluorite 6: Open/Shy
Supplies and Styles: Glue (You might behave in an uncharacteristic manner today by initiating a discussion about a subject that you normally avoid like the plague. Whether you start up a politically motivated discussion or one about your needs in a relationship, you're ready to go to the mat to justify your position. But there's no need to act in a belligerent manner; you can disagree without being mean. Nevertheless, don't back down if things heat up; continue to hold your ground with a smile.)

Notes: Alienor and Pierre were married in around 1139-1140. At this point, they have one child together, a daughter named Annetta. Alienor was previously married and has four children by her first husband, Lord Clement Allard. Pierre has children from his previous relationship with Aimee Earuer.
She didn’t know why she was bringing it up. But here she was asking him…about her.
“Pierre, tell me about your sister.”
His head immediately snapped up. Today was a rare day in that he wasn’t inebriated. He still looked disheveled though.
“Why are you asking about her?” Pierre asked suspiciously.
“She would have been my sister in law if she were still alive,” Alienor started hesitantly. “I want to know more about her.”
Pierre ran his hand through his hair. “What do you want to know?”
“What do you want me to know?”
Pierre frowned. He stared at her for a long time before looking away.
“She wasn’t guilty,” Pierre started.
Alienor nodded.
“She was…a bit brash. She was haughty and snobbish.”
Alienor drew closer to him.
“But she was sweet,” Pierre continued. “Fiercely protective of her family. She loved hard, but she hated even harder.”
Alienor smiled. “I would have like to known her.”
Pierre smiled, but it turned into a frown.
“She would have liked to known you too. She always wanted me to marry.”
They sat quietly in the bed. Alienor leaned against Pierre’s shoulder.
“Do you still miss her?” Alienor asked softly.
“Yes,” Pierre choked out. “Every day.”
Alienor reached to put her arms around him, but he had turned away from her. His back to her. Alienor sighed and laid back. She had been in this position before, staring at his back, wondering what he was thinking and if he’d ever be entirely open with her.
