He closes his eyes. Calling the Water to his hands. Feeling it flow between his fingers. Letting it move between his hands. Letting it swirl around him.

“Now. Pretend you are playing tag. Let it go.”

Frey guides the Water forward. Hitting Caithlynn in the chest. Shocked he looks up when he hears her groan. His eyes wide open when he sees her lying down, ten meters further.

“I think you’ve got it. Keep this in mind and soon you’ll be unstoppable.”

Wow, Frey's lucky Caithlynn wasn't seriously injured. ;) I like the description of the flowing in the second paragraph.

Yes, but Caitlynn knew what was about to happen, so she was prepared. It still hit her harder than she anticipated though. ^^
