Note: This card game will be available as a free printable PDF once I have all the art ready for it. I came up with the basics of the gameplay the first day of Easter holiday, had the first draft two weeks later, and have refined, playtested, and worked on art since then to the current moment. The art will be by myself and Misfitmonarchy, who is drawing the bishonen for me to ink, and who I will credit if and when I post those pieces.

I do love this set you're making! This one made me smile; it reminded me of playing Smuggle. (The suitcases and the Diplomatic Bag, I think.)

It's basically a bluffing board/card game. Googling suggests it may also be known as Contraband, but you get dealt cards and have to go through customs and decide whether or not to pay up or bluff about what you're carrying. The customs officer then decides whether or not to search you (they have to pay up if you're telling the truth), but also the next player can decide whether or not to accept your cards or challenge you. It's pretty simple, but we used to have a lot of fun playing it!

But the base card was suitcases, and there was also a random Diplomatic Bag card, and if you were carrying that you didn't have to pay for anything, so it was that, and the similar blue colour of some part of the design that reminded me!

That sounds like fun! Imagine collecting a whole bunch of boardgames related to commerce and travel, there seems to be a lot.
