Note: I am attempting a bichromatic with Shocking Pink and Graphite using Phyllida for every prompt. Watercolor is in another galaxy from my comfort zone, so this took way longer than you'd think. I am not happy with this, it doesn't look good but hey! I am here to celebrate my bad art until it gets better.

That is gorgeous! And I can see why you don't like the lack of detail in the watercolour, but the two media are just different, and with the watercolour, you've got a softness to the image - I like your shading and there's an immediate emotion I get from the piece. BOth are good and I can see that the lineart is technically superior, but I'm not sure I don't prefer the watercolour. It's really lovely and colourful and fun.
