Buns froze and moved a hand over to her exposed horns. “These?”
“Yeah!”
“... They’re horns.”
“Like a dragon?”
“Yeah. Dragons are real.”
“How come Mom says they’re not?”
“She just doesn’t know yet.”
“Is your mom a dragon?”
“Yeah. And she’s got horns that loop around.” Buns motioned. “Like a ram’s.”
"That's so cool! When I grow up, I'm going to have cool ram horns too!"
