Rating: PG
Summary: Olivia felt very alone in New York City.
Warning: none
Olivia felt very alone in New York City.
She was used to feeling alone. At Smith, at her first college, her whole adolescence stuck in a house with her mother. No friends, except at Smith. No one who really loved her. So it was okay, really, being alone. Being lonely. She could manage.
Then she walked into the laundry room and met Danny, strong and smart and so much braver than Olivia could ever be. She didn't think they'd be friends, because what could someone that great want with Olivia?
And yet. And yet.
She didn't feel so alone anymore.
