Summary: Sex was extremely weird, or, Aaron and Clara had #relatable childhood incidents.
Warnings: none.
Notes: Pride fic #10! I laughed for a solid minute when I figured out what I could use the PBN for and I'm not sorry.

Sex was extremely weird. Just, very weird, full stop. With all the bits and the options and the fluids... it always grossed Aaron out, well into the time when his peers were getting very interested. Well into the time that his younger sister was getting very interested, actually, which was not something he'd ever needed or wanted to know, but that was Ivy for you.

"Oh my god," Clara said, when he told her this, one Sunday afternoon in the spring, "oh my god the same thing happened to me! Except I came home crying because I had to have sex to have a baby."

"Yikes," Aaron said, and looked at their twins, fighting amiably over a toy on the living room rug. "Thank goodness for turkey basters, I guess."

She laughed, and ruffled his hair. "Thank goodness for excellent husbands."

"Thank goodness," he started, had to think for a moment, and finished, "thank goodness for asexual wives," just as the twins' fight became less than amiable.

Clara rolled her eyes. "Thank goodness for time-outs," she said, and got up.

I am so happy they get to be happy together like this! And I don't envy them the twins. XD
