Color Party 33, Rain Cloud 16: Revolting
Author: Kat
Title: Revolting
Story: In the Heart
Colors: Color party 33 (Zinnober), rain cloud 16 (Not in the mail today)
Supplies and Materials: Oils (destroyed)
Word Count: 152
Rating: G
Summary: Ugly sweaters.
Warnings: none.
Notes: Random domesticity featuring Clara, Aaron, and Ethan (by proxy).
"I do have to give Ethan credit," Aaron mused, where he sat on the couch cupping his mug of tea. "That is an impressively ugly sweater."
Clara held the thing out in front of her and sighed. "Every year he does this. I'm just glad my birthday is in the summer or he'd be sending me ugly sweaters then too."
"Speaking as an older brother," he pointed out, "I feel safe in saying that he tortures out of love."
She snorted. "Like you ever in your life tortured either of your sisters."
Aaron considered that for a moment. "All right, that's fair. Ivy used to torture me. Still, the point stands."
"Yeah." Though how a brilliantly green and screaming red sweater adorned with bells and the occasional sickly yellow ornament contributed anything to love... "Then he'll understand why I'll use this for cleaning rags."
Her husband laughed again. "I'm sure he will."
