Lauren never saw this coming. Ever.
It would be fun, she thought. Seduce her brother's hot boss, fuck him once (or a few times, if he was good), then walk away like she always did. She wouldn't be tempted to stay. He was a drunk, a liar, a lazy asshole.
And then she fell in love with him.
Just... how? How in the fuck did that happen? It blindsided her so completely it bowled her over, sent her flying in the other direction. Then... then she came flying back.
She'd stopped questioning it. It worked. That was all she needed.
