Notes I've been meaning to do *something* for the SO and I managed a poemthing! Mind yu, I admit this is not the best poem thing but I'm tired and wanted to make this happen before I went to bed tonight.

Dead girls sing in the Underworld light
while boys in apartments sleep and dream.

Dead girls dance in the dead of night
while boys in bedrooms try not to cry

Dead girls bare their teeth and fight
while boys in closets can't recall who they are.

Dead girls have the better sight
while boys on sidewalks hope for more.

But dead girls dream of the morning light
as boys in beds are fearful of the night.
