His shirt is probably advertising a coffee shop. The steam skull kinda reminds me of Stein's skull smoke in Soul Eater. Also, that makeup (erm, marker) is adorable and very War Boy, so he should be less pissy. :P
(Also, he has a recent transfusion injury, because... Martin.)
