Platinum Blond #17, Milk Bottle #4, Earth #4

Name: shadowsong26
Story: Enjoying the Ride
'Verse: Lux
Colors: Platinum Blond #17. What I’ll have, oh I don’t know maybe a beer and that nude painting of me hanging behind the bar!, Milk Bottle #4. Cotton candy, Earth #4. gluttony
Supplies and Materials: graffiti (Lillith Faire Village Stage), photography, miniature, canvas, fabric, pastels (my current gen + romance card B4 "romantic holiday"), glue ("In your own quiet way, you are desperately seeking the lightning now. You're tired of the same-old routine and there's an irrepressible streak within you that is ready to strike. Even if this means doing something out of the ordinary, you'll still take your actions quite seriously. On one hand, the cosmically charged atmosphere is ripe for an unconventional romance. On the other hand, you have a strong inner voice cautioning you against doing anything you might regret later. Sometimes the consequences are worth it when you're following your bliss.")
Word Count: 100
Rating: PG-13
Characters: Mariko, Telri
Warnings: Discussion of sex.
Notes: Constructive criticism welcome, as always.

Dating Teri was a glorious, magical, intense thrill ride of a terrible mistake, but Mariko had known that going in. Teri had, too, at least as far as Mariko could tell. Neither of them really took it seriously, after all. They had fun, they pulled increasingly ridiculous stunts in an effort to entertain each other (including at least one incident involving public nudity and cotton candy), the sex was incredible…

In other words, they were young and carefree, and they knew it couldn’t last forever. But they sure as hell did their damnedest to enjoy the ride while it lasted.

This actually is kind of sweet? In an intense way. Like, at least they're having fun and they know what it is, so why not?
