Milk Bottle #16
Name: shadowsong26
Story: Wanderer
'Verse: Lux
Colors: Milk Bottle #16. Tractor pull
Supplies and Materials: graffiti (Lillith Faire Main Stage), miniature, photography, yarn
Word Count: 100
Rating: G
Characters: Rubika
Warnings: Nope
Notes: Constructive criticism welcome, as always.
In her heart, Rubika has always been a wanderer.
And, yeah, sometimes, it sucks--she doesn't have many close friends, and she can flat-out forget dating, because who wants to be with someone who swings by for a weekend--if that--every six standard months?
But most of the time...
Most of the time, she doesn't mind the loneliness. And, as she tilts the nose of her ship towards the sky, and bursts through that last layer of atmosphere, she focuses on chasing the horizon, and she loves it.
Yeah, sometimes it's lonely, but she wouldn't change her life for the world.

(ps I have a coworker whose aunt is, no joke, named Rubika. Not sure if it's spelled that way but it's sure pronounced the same.)
