Dirt Brown #24/Harvest Gold #1
Name: Greenling
Story: Asking for Roses
Colors: Dirt Brown #24 (wisdom), Harvest Gold #1 (Falling Leaves)
Supplies and Styles: Paint by Numbers (we are the kings of wisdom and the fools as well), Miniature, Canvas, Stain (Those who believe in telekinetics, raise my hand. Kurt Vonnegut (1922 - 2007))
Word Count: 100
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Summary: A tiny humor piece. Alex complains, and learns a little about himself.
Comments, criticism, and questions are all appreciated.
"What the hell makes you think I can do that?"
Alex stared Diana down. She sat with her hands neatly folded, smirking as only a woman who dressed like a pirate could smirk.
"Don't ask, just do. Move the pencil."
"With my mind?" he spluttered. "Is this a joke?"
"Diana-"
"GAH!" Her assistant slammed the door open; Alex jumped half a foot in the air, along with everything in the room that wasn't nailed down. Diana's arms flew up to shield herself from flying books.
She started laughing; he just sighed. "I really don't know how to move just the pencil."
