I know that stuffing that much into a writing bit can be heavy-handed, but I find that writing things out like this helps to give them a context that I can remember when I need to go back; it's like if I can write too much detail into something to begin with, when I'm writing stories later I feel like I can gloss over more because I'm more comfortable with the under-structure!
