Kesshare is a sociopath--what she calls 'incapable of sentiment,' when she admits it (which is pretty much only to Ineku, and I think to her kids when they grow up, but I'm not certain) since there isn't a better term for it in her world--but her husband is extremely valuable to her plans--the only more valuable possessions (her word, not mine) she would claim would be her children--so she is extremely displeased when she loses him. It's not grief, exactly, though. Nostalgia is actually a decent word for it, I think? IDK.
