Sky Blue 10 - Fog Grey 13 - Waterspout 4 - Miniature - Photography - Modeling Clay
Name: Kana
Title: The Forest
Story: Shadows in the Distance
Characters: Caithlynn
Colors: Sky Blue 10 Rainbow – Fog Grey 13 Earthquake weather – Waterspout 4 Pond
Supplies and Styles: Miniature – Photography – Modeling Clay (Sky)
Word count: 99
Rating: PG
Summary: Despite the upcoming thunderstorm, she still feels safe in the forest.
Notes: Constructive criticism is, as always, welcome
The forest is the only place that makes her feel… Safe. The trees around her, protective.
It’s half an hour walking to the pond. She often sits there. Just watching the wind move the water. Watching the fish swim freely.
Looking up she notices the thunderclouds. It’s too hot. And too humid. And… She knows it is her imagination, but it feels as if the earth sometimes trembles. There will be a storm breaking out soon. Luckily there is a forest cabin. Strong enough to withstand it.
She wonders if she’ll see a rainbow reflected in the water afterwards…
