"Come on."

"No."

"Come oooooon."

"No. I don't even get why you want to do this."

"Because I love to dance, and I love teaching people to dance, and you will love to dance if you do it with me. It'll be fun!"

"That's what you said last time."

"Killjoy. Come on. Pretty please with sugar on top."

"..."

"And a cherry?"

"Fine. Okay. You win."

"Great! See you tomorrow. Wear a speedo."

"What?"

"Or something else skimpy. You need a lot of skin to stick to the pole."

"What the hell are you going to teach me? Joy? Joy?"

--

"I can't believe you hung up on me."

"You'd've backed out."

"No... okay, yes I would've."

"And you'd have regretted it. Didn't you have fun?"

"Yes, but if you tell anyone I'll be forced to take drastic measures."

"Oh? Like what?"

"Dunno. Kiss you, maybe. I'll think of something."

"Ooh, tough guy. This should be fun."

"Seriously, Joy."

"Seriously, I won't tell. Though I don't know why you're so shy about it. You're great."

"It's poledancing. Not exactly manly."

"You'd be surprised. Just tell people you did it to see me in a bikini."

"And very nice you look, too."

--

"I never did thank you for teaching me to dance."

"I didn't do much. Just showed you the steps. You've got a great sense of rhythm."

"Comes from drumming. Anyway, I meant... I don't know if we'd be here if you hadn't. Didn't get up the courage to ask Clara out until three dances in."

"It's a great confidence-booster, isn't it? I bet she fell for you when she saw your poledancing skills."

"Shut up, I haven't told her about that and I'm not going to."

"If you don't, I will. You can't keep secrets from your wife."

"Shut up!"
