Aw, thank you! <3<3<3 (I didn't think about the King's Roads at all, but probably a lot of things like that were in my head, courtesy of DWJ and DW and S&S and who knows what, yes, indeed. XD) I'm not absolutely tying myself down, but my working theory is that they are very much liminal spaces of some kind. But they are not in this dimension anyway.
