True Blue # 11, Miniature
Name: Destiny (
leia_solo)
Story: The Mondian Chronicles (Archive)
Title: Miss You Much
Colors: True Blue 11: Sympathy
Supplies and Styles: Miniature
Word Count: 100
Rating: G
Warnings: None
Note(s): Marguerite is Elisabeth's younger sister. The man speaking is Edward, her husband.
“I know you miss your sister,” he started. “But you can’t keep crying like this. You’ll make yourself sick.”
Marguerite stifled a cry. She clutched her pillow to herself. She had tried to keep it together, but she hadn’t received any news from her sister. No letters, no dispatches. No anything. She hadn’t seen Elisabeth in two years. She had never been apart from her sister.
“I don’t understand why she won’t write,” Marguerite said.
“I’m sure she will.”
She considered what he said. Perhaps she should send another letter to her sister. It was worth a try after all.
