Tsuna was pretty sure Kiyomi had picked up the jacket in a thrift store as a gag gift--the bright, geometric print was the exact opposite of what she usually wore, and it had come wrapped around the minicam that was her actual birthday present.
On the other hand, it was warm, and soft. And actually kinda cute when she put it on.
All things considered, it was a very nice present. She decided to keep it, to wear next June when it got cold.
And, hey, added bonus--with this on, she'd never, ever get lost if it snowed.
