Summary: Ivy can't cry.

Her father is dead, and Ivy can't cry. Gina cried buckets when her father died, but there's no tears in Ivy.
There's grief. Of course there's grief. There's a black bottomless pit of sorrow that she can't even begin to escape, but there's no tears. It makes her feel like an awful daughter, an awful person. He's her father. She loved him. Aaron's crying. Summer's crying. Why can't she?
Then she looks at her mother, stone-faced straight ahead. Her mother, who loved her father, who her father loved. Her mother, who is not crying.
Oh, God. Her father is dead.
