the smallest heartbreak;
Name: Mischa
Story: the empty throne
Colors: elvish green ( You could have picked a better spot), bistre (we break each others' hearts, but we mend them, too)
Supplies and Styles: canvas, miniature
Word Count: 63
Rating: PG-13
Warnings: none, I think?
Summary: The man calling himself Jun needs no reminders of his failure. He gets them anyway.
Centuries of failure hang heavy, heavier than the Jade Empress’s law chaining him to this mortal body, heavier than the names he’s cast aside, heavier than the world he’d shattered failing to overturn heaven.
But the heaviest reminders of failure are the very smallest of all. The Prince of Scorpions smiles at him, and his smile is not his own.
