Title: Trust
Story: Circle Never Ends
Characters: Freya, Nick
Colors: Cherry Blossom Pink 8 Tori – True Blue 13 Trust
Supplies and Styles: Bichromatic
Word count: 474

Freya stumbles when Nick grasps her hand and roughly pulls her forward. He’s not smiling. The look on his face ever so serious. Her eyes are locked on his. Anger.
In a flash she sees his right hand coming up. Balled to a fist. Straight for her head. Full speed and force and meant to hit.
Her own arm goes up, blocking the incoming fist, while she steps sideway. Just a little. Pulling her head out of the way.
She uses her moving momentum to turn further towards him. Stepping all the way in until her back is against his chest. The arm of which he is holding her wrist, moves around his waist at the same time. While her other hand takes a hold of the arm she just blocked.
Quickly she bends her knees, tilting him on her back. Keeping a firm hold on his arm. Just a moment later he lies on his back on the ground. Freya standing above him, holding him up by his arm.
It all happened in a second. The movements so routine and swift that Nick had no time to react.
Without wasting any more time or giving him time to recover, she places her knee in his neck, blocking his head. Her other leg in his side. If she’d been a mean person, she could put some extra pressure on his floating ribs. She bends his arm, putting his elbow against her chest, both her hands placing a wristlock. Of course she immediately releases him when he taps her leg.
Smiling she stands up. Offering him her hand, pulling him back on his feet. She looks down, her fingers around his wrists. Without a word she drags him forward, turning him around so his back is now against her chest, her other arm moving up to his throat. Trying to strangle him.
Nick’s reaction is too good though. Before her arm can take a hold of his kimono - his gi - to decently perform the strangling, he’s already moving. Within a second she falls on the tatami. Without hesitation he moves further, turning her onto her belly. Twisting her arm on her back. Releasing her when she taps the matt.
They look aside when they noticed some of the youngsters next to them are not doing their exercises. Their eyes big when they look up at them.
“Doesn’t it hurt? To fall like that? It sounds so loud when you fall and hit the tatami.”
“Yeah, and isn’t it scary? To fly through the air like that? Like how you threw Nick over your hip…”
Smiling Freya and Nick exchange a look.
“No, it doesn’t hurt. And it’s not scary. Not if you trust your partner.”
She sees the youngster look warily at each other. It makes Freya giggle.
“Don’t worry. It looks worse than it actually is.”

Yeah, I live alone as well, luckily, because it must be such a hilarious sight... ^^
